This is the second accommodation facility opened in Japan by a company that operates a number of urban hotels, mainly in Southeast Asia, following Osaka. The indoor space outside the entrance hall has a garden environment with the theme of "Ancient Kyoto" to welcome tourists from all over the world. It is equipped with sufficient artificial lighting, mist, and sprinklers from the ceiling to provide sufficient facilities for the growth of plants.
