2017年に開園100周年を迎える井の頭公園。その南に位置する総戸数182戸の集合住宅です。デザインテーマは公園にちなんで「百年パーク」としました。広大な敷地に緑豊かな植栽を配置しています。主要道路に面したエントランスには10mのカツラをシンボルとしたナチュラルガーデン、建物内のラウンジ前にはモダン和をテーマにしたオーナーズガーデンを設けました。また敷地南側には、もともとあった12mのクスノキをシンボルツリーとし、総面積500平米に及ぶ2つのフォーシーズンガーデンをデザインしています。四季折々の彩りが楽しめる庭として、住民の方々だけでなく、地域の皆さんの憩いの場としても活用されています。

Inokashira Park celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2017. Located south of the park, Kichijoji Symphonia is a massive housing complex with 182 households in total. Its garden was designed with the 100-year old park in mind. The front garden along the main street was designed as a natural garden with a 10-meter-high Katsura tree as the symbol tree. The private courtyard located outside of the lounge is a modern Japanese garden. At the back of the complex, the 500 square meter space was divided into two all-season gardens with a 12-meter-high camphor tree which has lived there for decades. The two gardens are not only for the residents of Kichijoji Symphonia, but also open to other residents of the neighborhood to relax in.
